Oh...More zucchini. ^ _^
This dinner consists of the left over pieces of zucchini and a summer squash from my ratatouille, some more of the same red onion, garlic, new potatoes and delicious sweet italian sausage from my ever-increasing-in-deliciousness CSA from Tamarack Hollow Farm, some lovely little sweet corn from my awesome neighbor Anne (go listen to her on VPR, she's great!) and of course salt, pepper, O.O. and paprika.

Them's some dirty little potatoes.
Get some O.O. nice and hot in the skillet.
Tasty browning bits of sausage.
Choppy choppy!
Mix in the onions with the browned sausage meats.
Oh crap, better start boiling the potatoes!
Shucky shucky!
Oh no I almost forgot the garlic! NOT THE GARLIC!
These little corns only need to boil for a few minutes...
Right as the potatoes and corn are getting done, toss in the squarshes and zuchs so they'll still have a little bit crispness.
Yea, that's firm. Note my 'artsy food picture' skills are improving, almost every picture has a cocky angle to it.
BUTTER THOSE POTATOES, and eat. ^ _^
Oh yea, I got more monster zuchs from my mom. Soda can is for reference. Maybe some spicy peanut curry noodles with shredded zuchs is in order.
This looks so tasty!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It would have been a touch healthier if I used less O.O. I always forget how much oil sausages will give up, themselves!
